Event cancelled

Automatic full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Service fees included. You don't have to do anything.

Event rescheduled

Your ticket is automatically valid for the new date. If the new date doesn't work, you can request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

Change of mind

Refunds for change-of-mind are at the organizer's discretion. Look for the "Refundable" badge on the event page before buying. If the event offers it, you can self-serve a refund up to 24h before the event from your wallet.

Fraud / unauthorized purchase

Email [email protected] immediately. We freeze the ticket and investigate within 24 hours.
