1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Apex Tickets you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Ticket purchases
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refund eligibility is determined by the individual event organizer's stated policy, which is displayed on each event page before purchase.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Apex Tickets to resell tickets above face value, distribute counterfeit tickets, scrape or bulk-download event data, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
4. Organizer responsibilities
Event organizers are solely responsible for delivering the advertised event. Apex Tickets acts as a marketplace and ticketing platform; we do not produce or own the events listed on the site.
5. Intellectual property
All platform design, software, logos, and copy are the property of Apex Tickets Ltd. Event imagery is either licensed from the organizer or sourced from permissively licensed providers.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Tickets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Disputes shall be resolved by DIFC Courts.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
